The 30 day money back guarantee applies to 30 days from the purchase/order date. All returns eligible for the Wee Guarantee must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

NOTE: The Wee Guarantee™ will incur a 5% restocking fee for refunds back to your account. If you get a store credit you will receive a full credit for the purchase price. If you received free shipping with your order and return the entire order or part of the order and the value of the retained items is below $49 there will be a deduction for the shipping costs for for refunds but that fee is also waived if you choose a store credit. If you purchased a package deal and return only a portion of it, we add up the items that you kept as if you had purchased them individually at regular retail value from our website. Any free gift or promotion must be returned in it's new/unwashed condition. If your order falls below the minimum needed for that promotion.
*All diapers must be returned in clean/washed condition, free from odor, pet/human hair, and/or lint. Diapers with excessive staining are NOT returnable. We have the right to refuse a return that is not received in acceptable condition.
