Fluffy Black Friday FAQs

A few notes about our Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Sunday, and Cyber Monday sales and promotions:

(Updated for 2016) Starting on or before Thanksgiving Day, items in our store will start to reflect the holiday sale pricing.  Some sales will start on/before Thanksgiving Day; while others will begin on Black Friday or over the weekend.  Please note that sale prices may change from day to day and we cannot adjust your purchase price if a lower price is listed on a different day. We are unable to cancel any orders placed on or after 11/23/16. 

Our site will be down for maintenance from 11:00 PM ET-11:59PM ET on 11/24/16 in order for us to set the sale. You will be unable to add items to your cart or access your account during this time. 

Most sale prices will begin on Black Friday.  Black Friday officially begins at 12:00am ET for Kelly’s Closet when the site is unhidden. If you had items in your cart before then, you will need to refresh your screen for the sale prices to adjust. They will not automatically adjust.

Q: Can I add stuff to my cart before midnight and not checkout until 12:00am ET?
A:  Yes and No!  You are more than welcome to add stuff to your cart at any time to help you prepare for your Black Friday shopping.  Since we will be changing prices in our system for several minutes before the actual sale begins; the prices may be changing and may not automatically adjust in your cart.  You may need to refresh your screen several times before the prices will reflect the actual sale price.  Should there be any errors on your order once the order is processed please submit a CRM (Contact Us) and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.

Q: How will I know if I will receive a free gift. 
A: If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase (see next question regarding gifts), the free gift will be shipped along with your order. Remember you can only receive one free gift per household per day.

Q: What will my free gift be and how will the free gift be determined? 
A: Starting at midnight ET, qualifying orders will receive a free gift with purchase.

Spend $25-$49.99 and receive a free gift valued at $7.99 or less*

Spend $50-$99.99 and receive a free gift valued between $8-$19.99*

Spend $100-299.99 and receive a free gift valued between $20-29.99*

Spend $300-499.99 and receive a free gift valued between $30.00-49.99*

Spend $500+ and receive a free gift valued at $50+*

*Limit 1 free gift per household/per day. No coupon code needed for free gifts. Over $3500 worth of prizes. Supplies may run out without notice. Free gifts may include Double Diaper Dollars, samples, absorbers/inserts, diapers, blankets, wet bags, and other fun products. Value of Double Diaper Dollars varies. Order totals must be before shipping and insurance are added. These free gifts are NOT stackable and orders will not be combined if you place an order later in the day; however orders may ship in the same package. 

Please note that if you return your Black Friday order, the free gift may need to be return as well.

Q: Who is eligible to win the giveaway items in the Gobble Gobble Ho Ho Ho giveaway extravaganza?
A: Anyone who places an order online Friday 11/25 OR if you do a mail in entry using the guidelines explained in the Rules here. These free prizes will be shipped at a later date; many directly from the manufacturers.  These prizes are in addition to the free gifts with purchase and each family/account/household is eligible to win one prize from the Gobble Gobble Ho Ho Ho giveaway. 

Q: When will you announce the winners in the Gobble Gobble Ho Ho Ho giveaway?
A: On or about Dec. 15th we will announce the winners on our blog. You may also receive an email. These prizes will ship separately from any orders placed and may ship direct from the manufacturer or Kelly’s Closet. Please allow up to 30 days for these prizes to be shipped.

Q: Can I change my order? Can I cancel my order? I've changed my mind or have noticed an error. Now what?
A: Our policy for the weekend is that no changes or cancellations can be made between Thanksgiving Day and Cyber Monday. This is due to the extreme volume of orders placed. It just wouldn't be fair to all customers if you decided you liked the offer we had on a different day better than the one you took advantage of. With that said, if you submit a CRM with your unique problem or issue we will try to address them before we ship your order. We appreciate your business and hope you understand.

Q: I’ve tried to call, email, and message your store on social media about my order but I haven’t received a response yet.
A: Thank you so much for taking the time to contact us about your order. We are a very small business and will do our best to reply as promptly as possible. Due to the extreme volume of orders, calls, and emails we may not be able to reply to everyone. We will be working extended hours over the holiday weekend but we also have families that we’d like to spend time with. We appreciate your understanding and promise to reply as soon as we can.

Q: Will you be having additional sales over the weekend and for Cyber Monday?
A: Yes, our sales will continue all weekend and into Cyber Monday. Each day we may offer a new deal or promotion. Some may be the same as on Black Friday, some may be lower, some may be better! Some items are limited in stock so please know that you may miss out if you wait too long.

Q: Will you be restocking any products over the weekend? What I really wanted is out of stock. Can you offer a raincheck for out of stock items?
A: We have worked really hard over the past few weeks to fully stock our warehouse with goods for our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale. Popular items may sell out on the first day of the sale and may not be restocked before the end of the sale. Some items are limited edition and/or limited availability from our manufacturers. We cannot extend these offers past the official sale day or offer rain checks due to manufacturer's restrictions.

Q: When will my order process?
A: Orders placed between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday may take 4-7 business days to process. We do not typically pack/ship on holidays or weekends. We may be working over the weekend to help expedite the processing time but due to the extreme volume of orders please allow a few extra days for your order to process. As long as your order is placed prior to Dec. 15th it should arrive to you before Christmas (within the US). If you need your order quickly please upgrade your shipping.
