Tereson Thomas invented Fuzzi Bunz in 1999 after her son, Eden, suffered from chronic diaper rash. Chemical from disposable diapers irritated his skin. She faced the challenge of inventing a product that would keep her baby dry, be easy to clean and care for, prevent leaks as good as or better than disposables, and still be more economical than disposables and other cloth diaper options. She was looking for a real diapering option to fit her modern lifestyle. She developed her own diapering system by handstitching diapers at home.
She created Mother of Eden, and the patented Fuzzi Bunz fleece pocket diaper was born. Now the Fuzzi Bunz line includes one size diapers and diapering accessories.
