We have updated and significantly improved our all-in-one diaper. Significant changes are as follows:
- The interior absorbent layers are now a gauzed weave 100% cotton. This is the same material that prefold diapers have been made of for decades and we believe the OsoCozy diaper is the first gauze all-in-one cloth diaper. This is a quick drying material and thus our all-in-one will dry faster than most all-in-ones.
- We now use a poly urathane laminated water proof barrier. This barrier is softer and more breathable and will soon be available in blue and pink to go along with the white pictured here.
- We have switched to Aplix®brand hook and loop closures from the snap tape closures in the old design. The Aplix closures are significantly easier to use than the snap tape.
- We have trimmed the fit by lowering the back and slimming the crotch.
- Finally, we have created a more palletable and catchy brand name for our diaper. Formerly the brand name was the same as our company (i.e. All Together Diaper), from this point forward our products will be called OsoCozy (oh - so - cozy)
Even with all of the above changes it is still the most economical and durable all-in-one cloth diaper available. Currently available in sizes Small, Medium, Large and Toddler. Preemie, Newborn and Super Toddler Sizes available on a special order basis only. Special order minimums are 60 preemie, 60 newborn and 40 super toddler and must be ordered in multiples of the same number. Call for special order pricing. Expect production times of 2-4 weeks on special orders.
You can also special order the current diaper in the same industrial strength outer barrier as the old style All Together Diapers. Special order minimums are 108 small or medium, 90 large and 60 toddler and must be ordered in multiples of the same number. Call to place your special order. Expect production times of 2-4 weeks on special orders.
Although we do not yet have an unbleached gauze version available, an unbleached birdseye version will be available by July or August. An organic birdseye version will be available by September or October. Finally the bleached version will be offered in different colored outer covers. These should be available by August or September. Still manufactured in the USA by stay at home moms and grand moms!
