Kelly's Closet offers FREE Shipping on all orders of $49 or more within the contiguous United States. All orders are shipped via US Mail, United Parcel Service or Fed Ex. We do ship to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii, however the only shipping option available is Priority and corresponding shipping charges will be applied.

If you need your order quicker we offer US Mail Priority Shipping which takes approximately 2-5 BUSINESS days from date of shipment to arrive. We also process US Priority Mail orders first so not only do you get your order quicker we expedite the order fulfillment. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service and shipping times are approximate. (If you select US Priority Mail to ship to an APO,FPO,or similiar military address please note that typical US Priority Mail times in transit do not apply. US Priority Mail will get to you quicker than our standard best method shipping. We highly suggest purchasing insurance for your package.)

Due to the nature of the products and their significant weight the following applies to all laundry detergents and cleaning products:

• Free Shipping coupons are not eligible on these products.
• Expedited shipping is not guaranteed on these products as some ship direct from our supplier.
• All sales are final.

**Chinese Prefolds- Due to the extremely high shipping cost for prefolds we do not offer expedited shipping on this item.

INSURANCE: If you would like your order shipped insured mail we now offer INSURED UPS (United Parcel Service) when you check-out. Orders 0-99.00 will include a shipping and insurance fee. For orders $99 and up we only charge insurance. Your package will arrived fully insured within 3-6 business days from date of shipment.

If you want your package sent via US Mail and insured we recommend purchasing Package Insurance separately.

If you purchase insurance we do guarantee delivery and a replacement package. If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse so we strongly encourage the purchase of insurance. We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number. Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.

• Overnight/2 day/3 day shipping: Please contact us thru our ticket system here and we will quote you a rate
• International shipping: KellysCloset.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. (International Shipping is shipping anywhere outside the United States.) Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
  Please note the following restrictions on brands:
  
  • Mother-Ease, Gro-via, and Rumparooz cannot be shipped anywhere outside of the United States.
  • bumGenius, Flip, Econobum cannot be shipped to Canada, any European countries, Australia, or New Zealand.
  • Coupon codes/promotions are not eligible for international orders.
• Canadian Billing/Shipping: At this time we can only accept payments from USA bank issued accounts and USA billing addresses. We are also unable to process Canadian credit cards with Canadian bill to and a USA ship to.

To be able to offer reasonable prices we often use "recycled" shipping products.

Order changes/cancelling an order: Because we use a quick fulfillment system changes and/or cancellations are not permitted once an order is submitted. If by chance  we are able to cancel your order we will have to impose a 5% cancellation fee. If you do need to make a return you can submit a request here.

Checking on the status of your order: For quicker service you can check on the status of your order by logging into your account.

Missing items: If your order arrives and you find there is a missing item(s) please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your package.   

We usually process orders and ship them out within 2-4 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.) Again, we highly recommend selecting US Priority Mail as your order will be processed before all other orders AND will arrive to you quicker.
