This ultra-trim fitted diaper has hook & loop closures with cross-over tabs on both sides. We loved the fit of our pockets and worked very hard to achieve the same type of close, smooth fit in the fitted diaper. We didn't stop with the design and the fabrics though.

Size Chart
XS (Extra-Small) fits from 6-12 pounds. It is intended for a newborn and fits low, below the navel, to keep the umbilical area dry. This diaper is designed to fit during that itty-bitty newborn stage.
S (Small) fits from 8-16 pounds. This diaper is slightly larger with a higher rise than the XS. It is intended for after your baby's umbilical cord has fallen off.
M (Medium) fits from 15 - 22 pounds.
L (Large) fits from 22 - 30 pounds.

What About Newborns?
Our XS size was designed to fit under your newborn's umbilicus to keep the entire umbilical area free of moisture and dampness. Gentle elastic at the waist and legs does a fantastic job of containing messes. Bamboo fabric keeps a natural, anti-microbial fiber against your baby's skin. The disposable-like hook & loop closures even fasten on top of each other to accommodate even the tiniest of babies.

Bamboo is a naturally occurring fiber; it grows quickly and easily, without the need for pesticides or fertilizers. Bamboo is also biodegradable. The fiber has an unrivaled silky texture and readily absorbs moisture, while having natural antibacterial elements to fight bacteria growth.

Fabric & Construction
Most bumGenius products are made in the United States. Our fitteds are made of 80% bamboo and 20% polyester. The soaker is made from microfiber terry.

Wondering why there is polyester in our bamboo?
We added a recycled polyester backing to the fabric for durability. Bamboo is an extremely soft fiber and needs a good backing to make it durable enough to withstand the requirements of diapering. Bamboo/cotton or 100% bamboo fabrics will fray and fall apart quickly while a bamboo/poly blend will stand the test of time.
