Kelly's Closet offers FREE standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more within the contiguous United States and to military families with an APO or FPO. All orders are shipped via US Mail, United Parcel Service or FedEx. We do ship to US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii, however the only shipping option available is Priority and corresponding shipping charges will be applied. - We ship ALL PACKAGES with delivery confirmation or with a tracking number.
- Please be sure to use a delivery address that has a secure location where the carrier can leave your package.
- Orders over $500 will be shipped with signature required upon receipt.
- If you place multiple orders within a short time period we are unable to combine shipping costs, however your packages may be combined into one package at time of shipping.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. (Business days are M-F and do not include weekends or holidays.) If you need your order quicker we highly recommend selecting US Priority Mail. We also process US Priority Mail orders first so not only do you get your order quicker we expedite the order fulfillment. We are located in Maine, please understand that during the winter months we may experience weather related delays beyond our control. Tip: Shipping confirmation emails are usually sent in the afternoon!
Cancellations & Changes
Due to the volume of orders we process and our quick fulfillment system, changes and/or cancellations are not permitted once an order is submitted. If by chance we are able to cancel your order you will impose a 5% cancellation fee and can only issue store credit for cancellations. If you do need to make a return you can submit a request here. The quickest way to contact us about your order is through our Contact Us/CRM system. We will reply during regular business hours; please allow up to 24 hours for a reply.
If you select our standard shipping method (including free shipping on orders of $49+) please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days from shipping date for your order to arrive. If you need your items quickly we highly recommend upgrading your shipping to US Priority Mail which takes about 2-5 business days from shipping date or by shipping INSURED UPS shipping which takes about 3-6 business days from shipping date.

US Priority Mail:
Shipping with US Priority Mail takes approximately 2-5 business days from the date of shipment to arrive. Please note that this is NOT a guaranteed service and shipping times are approximate. (If you select US Priority Mail to ship to an APO,FPO,or similar military address please note that typical US Priority Mail times in transit do not apply. US Priority Mail will get to you quicker than our standard best method shipping. We highly suggest purchasing insurance for your package.)
- If you would like your order shipped insured mail, select INSURED UPS (United Parcel Service) when you checkout. Orders 0-99.00 will include a shipping and insurance fee. For orders $99 and up we only charge insurance. Your package will arrive fully insured within 3-6 business days from date of shipment.
- If you want your package sent via US Mail and insured we recommend purchasing Package Insurance separately.
- Package insurance only covers lost or damaged packages. Once USPS shows a package as delivered, Kelly's Closet is no longer responsible for the package and the contents. If a package is stolen or missing once it's listed as delivered we urge you to contact the delivery driver and/or file a police report. For more information about what is covered please refer to the USPS Insured Mail.
- If you do not purchase insurance we cannot be responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse so we strongly encourage the purchase of insurance.

Due to the nature of the products and their significant weight the following applies to all laundry detergents and cleaning products:
- Free Shipping coupons are not eligible on these products.
- All sales are final.
Canadian Billing/Shipping: At this time we can only accept payments from USA bank issued accounts and USA billing addresses. We are also unable to process Canadian credit cards with Canadian bill to and a USA ship to. You may be able to checkout using PayPal with an International credit card if you are shipping to a US address.
International shipping: KellysCloset.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. (International Shipping is shipping anywhere outside the United States.) Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at email@example.com. Please note the following restrictions on brands:
- GroVia, Smart Bottoms and Rumparooz cannot be shipped anywhere outside of the United States.
- bumGenius, Flip, Econobum and Hemp Babies cannot be shipped to Canada, any European countries, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Coupon codes/promotions are not eligible for international orders.
As stewards of the environmental and to offer great prices and promotions, we often use "recycled" shipping products.
Check on the status of your order by logging into your account. Please note that shipping confirmations are sent in the afternoons. Once your order has shipped please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
If your order arrives and you find there is a missing or damaged item(s) please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of your package. If the product(s) was damaged during shipping please let us know if the packaging was damaged so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please be sure to keep all packaging as it is required for freight claims. Defective products may require that you file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages:
If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered and you can’t find your package, be sure to check everywhere. Carriers have been known to hide packages behinds plants/bushes, under trees, at the back door, inside your garage or with the neighbors. In apartment complexes, carriers have been known to leave packages with the leasing office or management building. Please contact the carrier to inquire about where they left your package. If your tracking number shows that your package has been returned to Kelly’s Closet please call us at 1-877-8DIAPER. Refused orders or orders “returned to sender” will be processed like a return, including any restocking fees and all applicable shipping costs will be deducted.
