Knickernappies warranties against defects, including snaps, elastic, workmanship, and parts. This does not include leaking, odors, or wear & tear. Warranty is extended only to original owner with proof of purchase. Baby Bum Drops & Fluff Dust are excluded because they are non-durable products. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Inserts, doublers, liners - 1 year workmanship
  • Nursing pads, changing pads - 1 year workmanship
  • Mama pads - 1 year workmanship
  • Diaper Sprayers - 1 year parts

Damage to PUL caused by bleach is NOT covered under the warranty. Bleach use results in cracked PUL, PUL with pinholes, and eventually leaking. The use of bleach on PUL products voids all warranties.

Rumparooz

Warranty:
Snaps: We offer a lifetime warranty on all snaps. If your snap is ever pulled off, falls off, cracks or just plain isn't snapping, just simply fill out this form so we can get your diaper in, fix it up and pop it back in the mail to you promptly.

Elastics: We have a 3 month warranty on all elastics. At this time we do not have the availability to repair elastic outside of the 3 month time frame. Please see "What will void the Kanga Care warranty" below. Elastics that have become un-attached in the casing, stitching undone, or have a defect due to a manufacturing error are covered under the warranty. Elastic that has been dissolved or become corroded due to detergents or cleaning agents that are not on our recommended list or have given out due to time, wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.

Sewing: We have a 6 month warranty on all stitching and seams. Sewing defects will usually arise either immediately or within the first couple washes, if ever. If you happen to receive an item that has a sewing defect, simply fill out this form and we will get your diaper in and promptly repair and return it to you. Holes or snags that occur in any of the fabrics due to wear and tear of the fabrics are not covered under our warranty. At this time we do not have the availability to repair sewing outside of the 6 month time frame. Please see "What will void the Kanga Care warranty" below.

Smart Bottoms

Warranty:
Manufacturers defects found within 60 days of purchase will be replaced or repaired by Smart Bottoms at no cost. Please contact us if you have any questions on whether or not your product may have a manufacturers defect. If you are returning a defective product, you must be considerate about the condition of your item. Your item must be clean and dry before you ship it. Without exception, we will not handle any items that are smelly or damp on arrival, they will be returned to you at your expense. To be sure that your diapers are in acceptable condition, please wash and dry them. If your diaper smells after being washed and dried please wash with additional detergent and do an extra rinse. Dry it on medium in the dryer. Repeat this process as needed until the diaper meets our return standards.

Please note, we are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading or normal "wear and tear" of the product materials. Diapers are not made of steel and, like any other clothing item, they may not withstand washing every single day for extended periods of time. Please keep this in mind as you decide how many diapers to purchase. We're here to help if you need it.

Warranty:
All Tula products, including Tula Wrap Conversions, have a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. In the rare instance in which there is a manufacturing issue or defect, we will work with you to provide you with a refund, repair, or exchange. Our products are handmade and may have slight variations that do not affect their use or safety. Normal wear, fabric fading, minor size differences, common/normal wrap nubs or flaws, and sewing varieties are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. The term altered is defined as including, without limit, dyeing, painting, embroidery, and fabric additions or removals made after purchase. We are also not responsible for warranty coverage for any item that has been purchased second hand.
